As every year, Paysafe Group was present at SiGMA

(Malta, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Aleksandra Jeda, Lead Key Account Manager of Paysafecard (Paysafe Group company) spoke with SoloAzar in the framework of the latest SIGMA show. There she commented on the characteristics of the product they market, as well as the participation of the firm in the fair and the markets in which they participate, among other topics.

As every year, Paysafe Group was present at SiGMA

Jeda explained the characteristics of the product marketed by the company: "Paysafe Group has a product that is a well-known pre-paid method in Europe, it is a card that charges money, electronic money, and the benefit of using this system, for gambling companies, above all, it is to attract people who do not want to use their banking products online, because they fear fraud, or simply want to avoid registering their bank account or their credit card over the Internet. It's a pretty good option." She then added: "Our company is quite well known in Europe, we are quite strong, and there are markets where people like to use cash, in which they prefer to buy a card with which they can later load to their games account. It is very easy to use".

Then she talked about the show: "We think SiGMA is good, it's improving, it's quite big, not as much as ICE, but I think Malta is going to benefit a lot this year also with what is happening in Europe, with the BREXIT many gaming companies are relocating from Gibraltar to Malta, because for them it is a safety outlet for what happens with the UK when it leaves the European Union, so I think there is more interest and more companies opening offices in Malta. Therefore, they look for office space, they look for people, and that is why this year there is more movement, we come to SIGMA every year, we see their growth and development, I think this year is better organized and there are enough people."

"For us it is an opportunity to get new customers and it is also an opportunity to see the already known customers, we also aim to make ourselves known and just stay up to date with all the news," she added.

When taking stock of 2018 regarding the company, she commented: "It has been a very good year, a year of many changes, but I think they have been very positive, some markets have been regulated, some laws are being regulated with respect to Money laundering. There were changes that affected us in terms of the product, but we had to react and they were positive changes, I think we have already improved a lot in the markets where we are strong, we have grown and we are in some new markets in Europe, as in Montenegro, we have also made some changes in regulated markets, such as Italy, for example."

"We are currently operating in many markets, in Latin America we are in Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil, but in Brazil we are not currently promoting the service for companies, we are waiting for regulation. The next show is next year that comes in ICE," she concluded.
