(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Mr Iain Hutchison, Chief Revenue Officer, Digitain, granted an interview to SoloAzar in which he talked about the new range of products and features unveiled at ICE 2024. The company’s booth was a fully immersive experience which incorporated ‘YOUR SUCCESS’ as its marketing theme.


How was your experience at ICE London 2024?

ICE was extremely busy for team Digitain. Our meeting schedules as you would expect were booked out, but we of course still welcomed many delegates seeking advice of our GLI award winning iGaming solutions.

What novelties have you presented?

At Digitain we strive to put the player and our partners at the centre of the experience. In terms of this we have rolled out front-end features that are designed to engage sports bettors, that wish a more streamlined experience where perhaps they may not have as much available free time in there busy day-2-day lives.

These new features on the Digitain sportsbook platform which have been well received by our partners and their players’, include SportChat, Sport Jackpots, Sport and Bet Race Tournaments, AI Sport recommendations and Multi and Ultra Cash Back. The features are designed to enhance player engagement, increase player satisfaction that leads to revenue growth.

From a product perspective, visitors were also introduced to our all-new native applications for Centrivo Dynamics and Universal solutions. The immersive, all-in-one experience across iOS and Android platforms, comes with innovative features like push notifications and cross-product navigation, and is part of our continued dedication to delivering a superior gaming experience.

All visitors to our booth were impressed by the features and Digitain is already ahead of the curve and shall be rolling out more of those innovations over the remainder of this year. 

Could you describe how was your presence at ICE booth?

Digitain’s booth was a fully immersive experience which incorporated ‘YOUR SUCCESS’ as our marketing theme to welcome existing and new partners to the full offering of our award-winning sportsbook and Centrivo Dynamics and Universal platforms. 

Attendees on the first day, were entertained by Galácticos Legends Luís Figo, our brand ambassador and Michel Salgado. They engaged with attendees, with raffles, and exclusive signed memorabilia added to the excitement and a very, very busy booth. 

In commercial terms, what is your evaluation? Did you achieve the goals proposed? Did new collaborations or business alliances emerge?

Overall, as a team, we delivered on our promise of ‘YOUR SUCCESS’, which is at the heart of everything Digitain does as an organisation, and we are positive of the weeks ahead as we follow-up on meeting conversations and commercial discussions.

What aspect can you highlight about the changes and the future of the industry? How is the company preparing for it?

Change is all around us, and for sure ICE London was the closing of a chapter, but the next chapter begins in Barcelona in earnest.  We must as an industry keep moving forward with a positive attitude and mindset.

As a business, we place great importance on listening to our partners’ customer needs and ensuring that we support that whole narrative via our technology, our account management, our customer support.  Therefore, as a business we are adaptive to market needs today, and in the future. 

When talking about new trends, Do you use artificial intelligence for your products, services or user experience?

AI is the watchword on everyone’s agenda now.  Digitain has embraced AI, into certain facets of its business, but only on the basis that it can improve business processes.

We continue to evaluate the merits of AI, and its impacts as the technology is still evolving and therefore requires rigorous evaluation of its usage for businesses, in any industry vertical. 

What aspects can you highlight from the last edition in London? How are you preparing for Barcelona 2025?

Like most attendees to ICE, the London edition has / had become a pilgrimage or indeed tradition for many in and out with the industry. 

ICE has so many memories, that shall have a special place in our hearts and indeed history books of what is still a young industry in real terms, or the online part of the gaming and gambling ecosystem.

As a business and leading brand of being in the marketplace for 20+ years, we look forward to Barcelona and have already made several visits to the new exhibition space – so planning is already actively happening.

So, watch this space, but our immediate focus is attending more conferences and shows over the next month, and showcasing ‘YOUR SUCCESS’ story with Digitain.
