(Sofia, Exclusive SoloAzar).-SoloAzar interviewed Milena Tsankarska, Head of Business Development EMEA and Silvia Hristova, Head of CRM both from CT Interactive. They talked about the presence of the firm during the BEGE 2023 expo, that was held on November 22nd and 23rd at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. They both commented on the new gaming titles showcased, the highlights of the event, their vision of the bulgarian market and the strategy that the company faces for the upcoming future: "In 2024, Eastern Europe and Bulgaria are expected to continue their growth in the gambling industry".

What conclusions can you highlight of BEGE 2023?

MT: One of the primary conclusions drawn by our team for BEGE 2023 is the increasing importance of technological innovation in the gaming sector. The tradeshow showcased cutting-edge technologies, which are poised to revolutionize the gaming experience for players. Participating in BEGE 2023 allowed CT Interactive to gain valuable market insights and stay updated on the latest trends in the gaming and entertainment sector. Engaging with industry experts, attending seminars, and observing competitors’ offerings can provide our team with crucial information that can influence its product development, marketing strategies, and overall business direction for 2024.

What novelties did you present at this edition of BEGE?

SH: At this edition of BEGE, CT Interactive introduced its new gaming titles with captivating storylines, high-quality graphics, and engaging gameplay mechanics. The visitors were able to see the special suite of fruit-themed slot games that offer exciting gameplay, cheerful and joyful sound effects, and vivid graphics. The brand also showed very modern slots with innovative mechanics, which are amazing tools to attract new clients.

 

The company's presence at BEGE 2023, how does it impact for the development of your objectives for 2024?

MT: Industry events like BEGE 2023 provide an ideal platform for networking and establishing partnerships. CT Interactive strengthened its presence at the event. The brand experts connected with potential clients, and strategic partners, which lead to new business opportunities, collaborations, and strategic alliances that align with CT Interactive’s development objectives for 2024, which is to increase visibility, and penetrate in new markets.

What was the response from the public and visitors?

SH: The response from the public and visitors was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees expressed great interest and enthusiasm for our new products. Our games received praise for their interesting designs, technical excellence, and entertainment value. They are very happy that we offer a range of products that appeal both to classic and modern players. We are happy to notice that more and more online companies choose to participate in BEGE, this gives us opportunity to exchange experience, and ideas about the future of the industry.

 

 What is your vision of the Bulgarian and Eastern European market?

MT: According to a study by Research and Markets, Eastern Europe is the fastest-growing gaming industry market in Europe. The Bulgarian gaming market is a dynamic and evolving. In the past years Bulgaria has become a technological hub for leading global companies from the gaming industry, which open and expand their offices in the country. The number of companies with outsourced offices in the country has increased, reaching over 30. The companies open offices mainly in the capital Sofia and the city of Plovdiv, which turns the two cities into technological centres for development and technical support for many companies in the industry.

What are your expectations for 2024 in Bulgarian and Eastern European market?

MT: In 2024, Eastern Europe and Bulgaria are expected to continue their growth in the gambling industry, with a focus on innovation, regulation, and responsible gaming practices. The region is expected to see increased investment in technology to enhance the gambling experience and improve operational efficiency. It is expected more and more companies to come and invest in the region because of the high-qualified workforce. Online gambling is expected to continue its growth in Eastern Europe, with more operators entering the market and offering a wider range of online games.
