(Germany).- Edict egaming was founded in 1998 as a software provider for online casinos. The company is more than just a pioneer in online gambling in Germany. It has also quickly established itself as a specialist in the development of B2B online casino solutions.
What are the expectations of edict egaming for the 2019 edition of ICE?
We always look forward to coming to ICE at the beginning of February. This is the 8th time edict egaming is exhibiting at this show, which, since moving out of Earls Court, has become the largest show of the gaming and gambling industry. Every single member of the industry will be in London for the next three days and it is always nice to catch up with old friends or meet new people. As in every year, our team is thrilled to be at this great fair and we have a lot of new content to showcase.
What is new at ICE from an edict perspective?
We are for the first time presenting a new set of HTML5 table games at this year’s ICE. In the past we already had a strong passion for the details of the classic casino games due to our company’s long history with land-based casinos in Germany. In 2019, aside from several roulette and blackjack versions, we are going to launch sic bo and craps in a quite unique look as well.
Edict egaming is presenting several new slots at ICE. What distinguishes them from other games?
We always put players and their excitement for the games first. In the Gauselmann Group we combine several decades of experience in developing games and we at edict egaming have been translating this land-based experience to the online world for ten years now. Our new releases coming soon this year, African Mask, Flame of Egypt, Salmon Catch and Eastern Lights, will for sure match players’ expectations as they combine unique mathematics and in-game features. But we are especially looking forward to the launch of Zentaurus, as this game is long-awaited in the online market.
What are the goals for edict egaming in the upcoming year?
We are trying to expand into new markets, as well as watching the regulatory scene in Europe. We are launching a new data centre soon that will enhance the gaming experience for players in South and Latin America. Furthermore, we are looking closely at the development in Germany and we are expecting the federal states to make a huge step in the right direction by setting a regulatory framework to allow online gambling all over Germany and give players a safe environment.
