Excellent audience feedback for CT Gaming products and solutions at ICE London 2023

(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- On the occasion of ICE London 2023 tradeshow, Rossi McKee, Vice President at CT Gaming spoke with SoloAzar about the successful performance of the firm at this ICE edition. She talked about the novelties presented, such as 3-level Jackpot Diamond Tree, and the upgraded casino management system; also Rossi named the current markets where the firm is working, and that they have the eyes on the Serbian market. 										What were the goals for this ICE edition?
During this year's ICE London trade show, our primary objectives were to increase visibility, generate leads, expand our network and strengthen relationships with long-standing partners. Naturally, the other key point was showcasing our latest products and solutions according to the different market regulations and customer preferences. Staying true to ourselves and presenting an imposing selection of both innovations and top-performing products has always been our ultimate goal, which we believe we have achieved.
What novelties did you present?
This year, we introduced a new multigame and jackpot concept, our top-tier slot machines and a newly revamped casino management system with new intelligible functionalities.
Our vast product line includes our progressive 3-level Jackpot Diamond Tree, which can be won at any bet and is featured in three best-selling and player-favourite multigames, namely Diamond Tree 20 Games, which consists of 20 fascinating popular or brand new titles all linked to the Jackpot, as well as its spectacular predecessors - Diamond King 1 and Diamond King 2, which combine 50 amazing games.
Another major innovation at the CT Gaming stand was the newly upgraded casino management system, which now incorporates new functionalities such as a multicurrency option that allows players to use different currencies, an interactive bonus wheel for loyal players, a second Happy Hour promotion, personalised reports prepared for each customer, a Jackpot explicitly built for live game tables, a new module for sending notifications via email, SMS, and plenty more.

How was the visitors feedback like?
The feedback from all the attendees, the media, our current clients and partners has been extremely positive. Regarding lead generation, the team outperformed our total trade show objectives. We anticipate excellent outcomes in sales, partnerships, and new business prospects.
In which markets is your company currently present?
Our products and solutions can be found now in Eastern Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
How do you see the European market at the moment?
Regarding Europe, CT Gaming's primary land-based sites for last year were Bulgaria, Serbia, and Romania, where we have proven ourselves as one of the top distributors and manufacturers in the land-based casino industry. We will re-force our positions in several other markets in Europe where we had a presence a few years ago.
What is your opinion regarding the change of location of the ICE expo for 2025, and in which of the 4 cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Paris and London) would you like this show to be held?
The level of convenience for our customers and partners is the most crucial factor for us as a company. We hope the preferred location will be straightforward and convenient for everyone to visit. Each alternative is a strong candidate since it supports the travel, accommodation, and exhibition needed infrastructure for a tradeshow of this magnitude and calibre to happen.

Can you tell us the goals and plans for this year and in which countries you want to expand or grow?
We have much on the pipeline for the year, including growing our market share in core markets such as Romania and entering new European markets featuring CT Gaming's highest-performing products. We have many investment opportunities on the table and a lot of customers who have expressed a significant interest in the Serbian market, so we are aiming to expand our presence there as well.
As for Latin America, we will continue expanding our market penetration according to our comprehensive strategy that considers the unique characteristics of the region's markets. Our office in Lima, Peru, was established in 2007 and since has built a strong reputation for customer service and offering high-quality products. The team is increasing CT Gaming`s market share in Latin America yearly.
Our premium product for the region is EZ Modulo 32/32 with the Dimond King game package, which shows excellent performance and is among the players' favourites.
Which other trade shows will you participate in this year?
This year, we plan to attend several significant trade shows held in essential for the company`s expansion strategy regions. We will have a stand at Belgrade Future Gaming in Serbia in May. Shortly after that, we'll be at the Peru Gaming Expo, one of Latin America's most important gaming conferences. Beyond these events, we will conclude the year by exhibiting at the Entertainment Arena Expo in Bucharest, the Global Gaming Expo USA in Las Vegas, and the BEGE Expo in Sofia, Bulgaria.
