(Miami, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Daniel López García, Head of Account Management at Red Rake Gaming, granted an interview to SoloAzar in which he made an evaluation of the firm during the SBC Summit Latam, their performance in the Latam market, and future presentations in the following 2024 edition events: ICE London, SBC Rio, G2E, and SBC Latam 2024.

What novelties did you present at the tradeshow and what most attracted the attention of visitors and assistants at your booth?

For SBC Latam, we showcase our new top performing titles through our progressive tournament tool that clients have access to for their operations. This allows us and clients to select whichever games they like and add this to a tournament with the additional opportunity of making it a progressive jackpot tournament. For our exhibitions we tend to run a tournament each day allowing new and existing clients to test the new games and be in with the opportunity to win some great prizes, this always tends to be a highlight for our partners.

What were the experiences and activities that most impacted you at the SBC Latam?  

SBC Latam always delivers an excellent event with a host of decision makers in attendance, for Red Rake Gaming it is a great way to meet new prospective clients and to catch up with our existing clients in the region. 

This allows us to understand new challenges that face our partners, what successes they have achieved and get an understanding of how the landscape in Latam is evolving, there is nothing better than first-hand experience from operators in the market, gaining insight you might not be able to access from a remote location. 

Latam is vital region in Red Rake Gaming’s current business, with a significant presence in most Latam countries and it’s great to continue the upward trajectory meeting new operators in the market.

Could you comment on the challenges, difficulties and advantages of the Latam market for your company? 

The diverse Red Rake Gaming content resonates very well with players across the region, from our Slots, Video Pokers, Table Games to our very popular Video Bingos. Coming from a Social Casino background of over ten years and retaining this type of approach in our game development has helped Red Rake Gaming forge a very strong path in Latam. We deliver action packed games which can have upwards of 8 features games giving our players the engagement and enjoyment time and time again, each round can have a different player experience and due to this we see very high retention rates and sustained session times.

One of the main challenges for Red Rake Gaming in the region is to gain a clear understanding of new regulations plan to be implemented ahead of time, we like to be very organised and plan our regulated markets entries ahead of time however it is not always possible to gain a clear insight in advance. As a casino content provider, you are not always in direct contact with the regulators themselves as numerous regulated markets only require a game certification that should be submitted by the operator themselves so when you have queries and questions it can be a more diluted route to gain the relevant information. Fortunately for us we are supported by our vast client base in the region, our testing houses and our internal compliance team which certainly reduces the difficulties.

Upcoming events you will be attending 

We have a busy schedule next year exhibiting so far at ICE, SBC Rio, G2E & SBC Latam with more being finalised, not to mention the host of conferences the Red Rake Gaming team will be attending, 2024 is going to be a busy year for us.
