(Athens).- The highly anticipated Gaming & Affiliate Marketing Event 2022 (GAME) has finally arrived! Yesterday the Electra Palace Athens in Greece welcomed eager gaming stakeholders for the Second Annual Gaming & Affiliate Marketing Event (GAME), another successful event that provides attendees practical expertise from leading industry entrepreneurs to understand and implement the best strategies to implement in their gaming businesses.
Eleni Koligkioni, Compliance Officer at Melco Casinos Cyprus / Inverto Consulting took to the stage with opening remarks to kick off this year's remarkable event. Evangelos Karagrigoriou, Business Consultant, Former Chairman, Hellenic Gaming Commission broadened the attendees' insights on regulatory developments for Greek gaming businesses, truly delivering a productive keynote address on what implications these changes have on their businesses. Ensuring that your business complies with Greek regulations surrounding gaming businesses is undoubtedly one of the most important factors in setting yourself up for success. The first panel discussion of GAME discussed the potential end of the grey market for gaming stakeholders with a thought-provoking look into what players need to do to adapt to the Greek legislation. Evangelos commented that GAME is an "awesome event with great insights for the dynamic Greek gaming industry!"
After a social networking tea break, the excitement buzzed in Athens for a dive into 2023's trends that stakeholders need to know. The panel was moderated by the renowned Dennis Tsalikis, CEO, FSI, Fantasy Sports Interactive. The GAME speakers did not disappoint to tackle key aspects of the industry. Next up, Lydia Veneri, TMT, and Privacy Lawyer at Fonbet.gr initiated the panel discussion on the challenges that Greek authorities face to deal with the tango of money laundering and responsible gambling. She applauded GAME and Eventus International in later remarks stating that it is an "excellent organization with insightful presentations from the industry's experts."
With new gaming innovations constantly coming to the foreground, payment solutions follow the trend. Viktoria Soltesz, Founder of PSP Angels opened attendees to the possibility of using crypto to their advantage to collect payments. Keeping up with digital trends, the last panel of the first day guided attendees with tried and tested methods to improve marketing campaigns that entice and sustains the gaming audience.
Eleni Koligkioni wrapped up day one with closing remarks and invited attendees to join the Eventus International team, speakers, sponsors, and delegates for networking drinks at the hotel to delight in conversation with industry peers that forged new vital business relationships and opportunities.
