(Bucharest, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Marco Herrera, Interblock President, EMEA Region, granted an interview to SoloAzar about the recent participation of the firm at EAE show in Romania, where visitors showed a lot of interest in their collection of products. “The Eastern European market has always been unique and extremely competitive,” he pointed out.

What novelties have you presented at the show?


Our focus at the show this year was the new BlackPearl Golden Ball Roulette. This product was created for markets such as Eastern Europe and offers the latest and greatest in automated roulette at a slightly lower price point. In addition, the Golden Ball side bet feature adds a lot of excitement, allowing players to win up to 250 times their bet. We also continued to showcase our partnership with Live Terminals, allowing players to bet directly on the Live Roulette table at Grand Casino Bucharest from some 300 Organic and Diamond terminals throughout the country. Finally, we showed our Universal Cabinet single player Roulette and Blackjack to accentuate our offering.


What has been your experience at the recent edition?


It’s always exciting to see existing and new potential customers from all over the Balkans, as well as numerous old friends from the industry. In addition, we can see the latest and greatest from our competitors for this market and gauge our position and potential improvements. There is always opportunity for new partnerships and this show did not disappoint.


What has been the feedback from visitors?


We had a lot of interest in the new BlackPearl Golden Ball Roulette product. The side bet differentiated it from traditional roulette products in the market.


How do you see the Eastern European games of chance market with regard to the products that the firm commercializes?


The Eastern European market has always been unique and extremely competitive. BlackPearl Roulette was created for such markets and provides Interblock with a tailored strategy, while maintaining our luxury brand status. We are also focused on introducing new games into the market and our UC Blackjack received good interest as well. Our broad product library and versatility are well suited for the nature of these markets, with few casinos, but many small slots halls and arcades.
