(Buenos Aires, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Magnus Olsson, Head of Sales and Account Management at Play´n GO, was interviewed by SoloAzar at its booth at recent SAGSE, held in Costa Salguero Center, where the firm showcased four new bingo games as well as its complete portfolio of products.

Play´n GO launched new bingo games in its debut at SAGSE Buenos Aires

"We've been present at SAGSE before, but this is the first time we’ve exhibited at the event. We displayed our games, and we launched four new bingo games. We worked together with a Latin American company to create bingo games for this market, so this is an exclusive for the Latin American market." said Olsson. "Our expectation was really to take stock of the Latin American market. We know it is a growth market, we are investing heavily in it, and from what we've seen so far, our impression is that we have the right people coming here. Everybody is anticipating the regulation of Argentina, of course, so we are all waiting for that. I had several meetings and I think the energy and the ambitions of the region are exactly what we want to see, and we also like the way Latin America is moving towards regulation. Because, as a company, Play'n GO works best in regulated markets," he added.

"SAGSE was an obvious choice for us. As I said, Latin America is a growing market and it's moving towards regulation. All those things make it attractive for us. We know our content is good and it works well in Latin America, and we like the way it’s developing, so we want to go all-in. We want to show everybody here that we are serious about this, we have long-term plans for the next few years. It is a big investment for us, so we want to show Latin America that we take this seriously." When asked about the profile of the player of the future in Latin America, Olsson commented: "If I have to compare it to the whole market of Europe, I think gaming is big in Latin America, it is a bit different from Europe, maybe lower bets but more frequent bets, I think that's good, I mean, our games are adjustable and work well in that environment."

On the other hand, he pointed out that there are many similarities between Latin America and Europe. "The difference is not as big as you may think. The good thing about the Play’n GO games is that we always aim for the games to take the player on a journey; you learn the game as you play, you don't have to read a manual. It works well in a region like this; you play the game, you learn more about the game, you get interested in it, you understand the mechanics, and it keeps you motivated and interested in playing. Our games work very well with that audience."

After SAGSE, Play’n GO attended SIGMA in Malta, and its next show will be ICE London 2020. "We will be returning to Latin America for GAT in Cartagena de Indias, so we are looking forward to that," he assured. When asked about the experience at Mexico conferences two weeks ago, he said: "We had people from Play´n GO presenting our affiliated strategy, so that was well received. I think there is an opening for anyone interested in driving affiliates to do business in Latin America. It is a golden opportunity to do that now. We have much experience working with affiliates, so we are happy to help."
