(Willemstad, Curazao).- With the innovation of implementing the new "Technology Service Provider (TSP)" model, the company marks a turning point in the iGaming payment experience in Latin America. Through its sustained work over the past few years, ProntoPaga has established itself as a leader in digital payment solutions, reaffirming its position during the sixth edition of BiS SiGMA Americas 2025, held at the Transamerica Exhibition Center in São Paulo.
At this key event for the iGaming industry, the company had a prominent participation where it presented its innovative Technology Service Provider (TSP) model, a solution that is revolutionizing the way payments are processed in the Brazilian betting ecosystem. During the event, which brought together more than 300 exhibiting companies and 18,000 attendees, ProntoPaga demonstrated how this model allows for processing transactions without direct contact with funds, ensuring high standards of security, regulatory compliance, and transparency.
At its booth L130, the ProntoPaga team welcomed operators, suppliers, and industry leaders to share technical and regulatory details of the PST model, as well as the benefits it represents for platforms seeking to operate in Brazil under a clear and efficient legal framework.
“This new model allows us to offer robust technological solutions without operating funds, which reinforces our commitment to security, efficiency, and adaptability to local regulations,” said Claudio Correa, Country Manager for Brazil.
How does this new operating model work?
Thanks to a robust technological infrastructure, ProntoPaga is responsible for intelligently routing transactions from operators' accounts directly to banking entities.
Unlike other models, ProntoPaga does not manage accounts in its own name in Brazil, but rather facilitates the operation of accounts held in the operators' own names, opened in three local banks through mandates that eliminate friction.
The company acts as a technological facilitator, processing transactions securely, quickly, and without operational risks, adapting to the Brazilian regulatory context without compromising the user experience or payment efficiency.

"Our technical and strategic approach is to be a key ally for platforms that want to operate with agility, compliance, and a long-term vision," said Evans Concha, the company's CTO. ProntoPaga at the forefront of digital solutions for gaming
In addition to its PST model, the company presented solutions that are already successful in other Latin American markets, such as Instant Pay-in and Instant Pay-out, which allow for real-time, frictionless payment processing, improving the user experience through a single API, and Pay4U, a solution developed specifically for the gaming sector, which stands out for its flexibility, speed, and ease of integration.
These tools position ProntoPaga as a company capable of adapting to the dynamic pace of the gaming and sports betting market, offering scalable solutions tailored to each stage of the business.
