R. Franco: Exceptional experience at ICE Barcelona and current projects, by online sales manager Thiago Calmon

ICE Barcelona as a source of Innovation and Development

“The experience at this first edition of ICE in Barcelona has been exceptional. Both the organization of the show, as well as the operators, manufacturers and developers have done a great job and we have once again demonstrated that we are a great industry and a source of innovation and technological development. ICE Barcelona has given us the opportunity to show our wide range of products and solutions, both to our partners and to other new clients and collaborators that we have met during the show, and the feedback we have received has been very positive,” said Calmon.

R. Franco: IRIS Power Vault and slots

Calmón highlighted the R. Franco products exhibited at ICE. “We presented several new products, highlighting the new applications of our IRIS platform or IRIS Power Vault, which is one of the best applications on the market for monitoring game data in regulated environments, as well as our new slots, which are giving important results to our partners due to the great gaming experience they are able to create.”

Regarding the markets that showed the greatest interest in the company's proposal, Calmón mainly pointed Europe and Latin America “where we see greater growth and requests for being one of the most innovative and secure solutions in the sector.”

Personalization and gamification: Key trends for the gaming sector

“In terms of the trends that will mark the near future of the industry, we firmly believe that personalization and gamification will be key. Players are looking for increasingly personalized and dynamic experiences, and the ability to adapt games to their individual preferences will be an important differentiator. Likewise, the adoption of emerging technologies such as augmented and virtual reality will also play a crucial role,” he said.

ICE Barcelona and its positive impact for Latam

“We perceive the impact of ICE Barcelona for the LATAM region as very positive,” commented Calmon, adding: “The fair has been a crucial event to showcase the latest innovations and trends in the gaming industry, and has facilitated a valuable exchange of ideas and best practices between the actors. In addition, it has opened up new opportunities for collaboration and expansion in these markets. Latin American operators and companies are in a moment of great growth, and this could be seen at ICE, where they were undoubtedly one of the main actors in the international industry."

Las Vegas, Malta and Bogotá, R. Franco's next destinations

“The next events we will attend to include G2E in Las Vegas, SIGMA in Malta and GAT Expo Colombia. These shows are essential for us, as they allow us to continue presenting our innovations and connecting with the main partners of the industry on a global level. We are excited about what the future holds and the new opportunities that these fairs will offer us,” he concludes.
