R.Franco Digital presented their main novelties at Sigma Europe 2023 in Malta

What were the company's objectives for this edition of Sigma Europe in Malta?

The company's objectives for the Malta edition of Sigma Europe focused on several key aspects that contribute to the growth and expansion of the brand and its products internationally, mainly with a focus on gaming and platforming.

To summarise the objectives are the followings:

  • to Increase Visibility of Our Products
  • to Strengthen International Presence
  • to Generate New Agreements and Alliances
  • to Explore Growth Opportunities

What novelties did you present at the event and what was the feedback you got from the attendees and visitors to your stand?

We presented the new games roadmap, certified for new regulated markets. The quantitative increase in the production of games, together with a qualitative improvement of the games, undoubtedly generates confidence among the visitors at the stand. We are very pleased with their acceptance.

What do you think about this edition of Sigma Europe, and what do you consider to be the highlights during this edition of the event?

In terms of the degree of achievement of the objectives set, we are very satisfied. It is certainly a very good opportunity to strengthen ties and find new international partners. The increase in size as well as in the number of visitors is evidence of the good health of Malta and the organisation, that from muy point of view, there are some logistic points that need to be fine-tuned.

In your opinion, what do you think it´s required to attract the next generation of gambling players?

Attracting the next generation of online gamers involves addressing their preferences, values and expectations. To cite some relevant aspects in the short to medium term, I would highlight:

  •  Innovative user experience
  •  Emphasis on transparency and accountability
  •  Personalisation and gamification
