⏱ 2 min read
(Madrid, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Lluís Cabré, Unidesa Interactive Commercial Director of Systems, granted an interview to SoloAzar within the 38th edition of FIJMA22. He talked about Forward Systems as well as the recent deals to carry out the artificial intelligence themes and the digital wallet, among other novelties.
What have you presented at the latest FIJMA edition?
In this long-awaited edition Madrid Trade Show have presented the latest features of Forward Systems, which is our game room management system for salons, bingos and casinos, which has been around for years, and which in its version for salons now itself is having a very important impact on the market.
As for the novelties that we present, we have a control panel, a new board, that we show to the operators so that they have precise information about what is happening in their rooms at the moment and from anywhere.
We have also presented a biometric fingerprint access control terminal, connected with a barrier for room access controls. We also have the first version of a virtualization of the customer card on the mobile phone that will allow the customer to use their phone instead of their customer card, and we are finally making progress on two recent agreements. One with Jada Gaming to bring artificial intelligence issues to the system and the other with OKTO to bring the wallet, the digital purse, as a form of payment to the machines.
What has been the feedback from visitors?
Well, it seems that there is a great desire for fairs, we have seen people excited to return, to meet in person, to have a coffee together, so I think that this fair is going to be successful.
What strategies do you have for the Spanish market?
We are very clear that for the world of halls and bingo halls in Spain what we want and what we do is to ng that system that already exists in casinos and adapt it to the world of halls. Our system stands out for having the TITO, which is the means of payment by ticket, as well as cashless by card. Customer loyalty is also important, which are tools that halls and bingo halls can use to manage their halls much better and to get more out of them.
What other markets are you targeting?
Forward Systems is oriented to lounges and bingo halls in Spain and we also have presence in Latin America with systems for casinos. We are also analyzing other ways to take the Forward Systems to other countries, but at the moment it is still premature.
