Win System's presence at ICE London, mostly to connect with clients!

(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- From February 7 to 9, ICE London took place in the ExCel space. Oscar Giralt, Corporate Manager of Win Systems, in dialogue with SoloAzar, pointed out the excellent results of this international show, and told us about the objective for this year, in terms of market strategies in Latin America, the United States and Europe, specifically in Spain. Oscar also shared the upcoming events in which the firm will participate.

How do you see this edition and how was Wyn Systems' participation in this edition?

We haven't been at ICE since 2020 and we are very happy to be here since it is the greatest event of reference in Europe. This year we decided to concentrate our activity at the show on holding business meetings with customers and potential customers because we value very much the proximity with them and that is something that gives us very good results for both parts.  

In this sense, since last year we started to give more importance to local fairs, and this proximity worked very well for us. That is why this year we decided to come to ICE London, concentrating on business meetings.

What are Win Systems' objectives for this year?

In 2023 we are going to follow the strategy we already had defined. For us, Latin America is our natural market, as we have always said. It is where we were born and where we have grown. It is where we are leaders. Obviously we want to reinforce our leadership. At the same time, we have been successfully strengthening the U.S. market with systems for some years now, but we are also going to give it a major boost with our gaming solutions. 

The third focus of growth is Europe, where markets such as Spain are a great reference for us, as well as Central Europe, the Balkans, etc. As a result of this growth and the recognition we gain in these markets, other projects are emerging, for example in the Asian market.

In summary, our goal for 2023 is to reinforce our leadership in Latin America and boost growth in the USA, Canada and Europe, starting with Spain.

Can you tell us about WinSystem's goals for this year?

How do you see the European market?

It is the sum of many markets, each one very different and with its own regulations. This is something we are already used to. For example, our WIGOS casino management system is installed in more than 20 countries, which means adapting to each market, with its particular needs, etc. For example, in Spain we have been developing a specific tool for salons and bingos for a long time, which is WIGOS One. 

Something similar happens in the gaming division. Each country has its own characteristics and that means that it is the sum of multiple individual markets. We are very accustomed and prepared to adapt to that.

What is your opinion regarding the change of location of the trade show for 2025 and in which of the 4 cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Paris and London) would you like the expo to be held?

Like the rest of the exhibitors, we are in expectation. We believe that a change would be positive, especially for all land-based operators, in some way it would be positive to propose a change of scenario. We are waiting and wherever the show is, we will be there.

Personally, which city would you like?

Personally, I would love Barcelona because I was born in Barcelona, and I love my city, I would love to show it to the gaming world and show the gaming world to my city. Madrid is also a city that has a lot to offer, and it would open many doors to the Latin American market, for example. It is something to keep in mind and to value.

What are the next events where Win System will be present?

Following the policy of concentrating on local events, we will  present at FIJMA Madrid. As I mentioned before, Spain is a very important target for us. 

Then in March will come GAT Colombia, which will be very important to reinforce our growth and leadership in Latin America.
