(Cartagena de Indias, SoloAzar Exclusive).- SoloAzar spoke with the CEO of Zitro, Sebastián Salat, who told us about the news that the company will present next week at the GAT Show. "We hope to continue growing our brand in the Colombian market," said Salat.
What novelties will you present at the GAT fair? What expectations do you have for this new face-to-face edition?
After the success of our Link King and Link Me games in the Fusion One cabinet, Zitro will launch its 88 Link game presented in the Allure One cabinet for the Colombian market, a second piece of furniture that is added to Zitro's offer for the country. The 88 Link game is known for its Multiway gameplay and exciting Bonus Link, and has proven to be one of the favorite games of players in all Latin American markets. We predict that 88 Link will have the same tremendous success in the casinos of Colombia.
The Allure One cabinet is characterized by its three 27-inch Full HD screens, where the third screen acts as a sign thanks to its SynchroScreen system that interacts with the other machines in the bank. Along with its high-quality sound, ultra-slim design and optional “SmartDeck” digital button panel, the Allure One is a complete cabinet that offers gamers a unique gaming experience.
In this new face-to-face edition of GAT, we hope to continue with the growth of our brand in the Colombian market, and we have invested heavily in human resources, technical resources, and products, in order to offer an even higher quality service to all Colombian operators. and to be among their preferred suppliers as we already are in many countries.
How do you see the current situation of the Colombian gaming market in particular, and Latin American, in general?
We believe that after the pandemic, gamers have a notable sensation of backward consumption that, we are sure, will help the rapid recovery of the economy, in general, and of the gaming industry, in particular. Colombia also offers the added value of being a well-regulated market, which offers legal certainty to the investor, and which, in some cases, such as the regulation of online gambling, is a pioneer and benchmark in Latin America. It is certainly a market with which we are very committed and in which we wish to be even more present.
We rely on our fantastic team and our formidable product catalog to be able to have rapid growth in the country, just as we are already having in other countries around the world. If we focus on Latin America, we only have to see the exponential growth of our brand in countries such as Argentina, Panama or Peru, among others, to anticipate what we believe we can also achieve in Colombia. We can proudly say that today Zitro is already an unavoidable supplier for any casino operator in the region.
What are the main objectives of the company and what new challenges face this year?
Continue with our expansion in all regulated markets in the world, with a special focus on the United States, given the relevance and economic weight of this market in the global gaming industry. Continue with the expansion of our digital business so that it becomes an important economic pillar for Zitro, comparable to what we have in our land-based business.
And, finally, to equip our organization with the human resources, procedures, and systems that can sustain the tremendous growth of our brand that we anticipate.
