(Lisboa, SoloAzar Exclusive).-After a successful participation at the SBC Summit in Lisbon, Atlaslive's COO, Lidiia Vakulenko, reflected on the positive experience and how the event helped the company strengthen partnerships and make new connections.

Strengthening Global Connections: Atlaslive’s COO Talks Post-SBC Summit Experience

In an interview with Soloazar, Lidiia Vakulenko, COO at Atlaslive  shared how their innovative Sportsbook Platform caught the attention of many. She talked about how important it was to showcase their customizable solutions that help operators stay more competitive and effective. Lidiia also highlighted the growing trends in the industry, which are changing the way players engage with games and helping Atlaslive stay ahead in the market.

How was your experience as an exhibitor at the SBC Summit in Lisbon?

When we arrived, the first thing everyone said was, ‘Wow.’ This event truly raises the standard for the industry. The crowd in Lisbon was amazing, with people from all over the world,  each bringing something unique. As an exhibitor, it was clear that the SBC Summit is where you go to build new partnerships and strengthen the ones you already have. It was also a perfect opportunity to show off our latest tech. We presented Atlaslive’s customizable Sportsbook to an audience eager to see what's next in iGaming. Events like this are so important for keeping up with trends and gaining a better understanding of market requirements and users' needs.

What do you think was the most outstanding product you presented at this event?

It's hard to pick just one standout product because our Sportsbook Platform is something we're really proud of, and it's more than just a single product, it's a comprehensive solution. The Platform includes key elements, tools, and features essential for running a successful iGaming business. For example, it allows partners to adjust major settings inside of the system automatically, without needing to get involved directly. Plus, with features like in-play and pre-match betting, operators can easily keep up with market demands.

Our Bet Builder feature is highly effective, giving users a personalized experience by letting them combine multiple bets in a single event. And with our Payment Hub, operators can securely handle payments across regions and currencies, including crypto. This is just a small part of what we offer, as we also provide high-quality Casino game content, a Bonus Engine, Risk Management and Anti-fraud tools, and more. Together, it all forms a strong, adaptable system.

How was the public's response to your brand and products during the show?

It’s such a big event, having a dedicated space where we, as a B2B software provider can meet iGaming operators, and vice versa, is definitely a good idea. Having a stand, especially after our rebranding, really made a difference when it came to forming new partnerships and making deals. It felt like our own temporary office.

I’m so grateful for all the amazing feedback we received from our existing and potential partners, speakers, attendees, media, and even other exhibitors. It’s been an unforgettable experience watching it all come together.

We got a lot of questions about our products, and how quickly our solutions can integrate for iGaming businesses of different sizes and markets. It was exciting to share details and see the potential of our technologies with each partner. This kind of communication is really important - we discuss all the possibilities and make it clear where our strengths lie. And of course, our stand didn’t go unnoticed! We’re thankful to the entire Atlaslive team for their hard work at the event, and to all the visitors who came by.

What do you think is the place of new technologies and gamification in your products?

Gamification has been playing a key role in sports betting and casino games for a while now. It’s the spark that players crave, it motivates them, adds excitement, and keeps the experience enjoyable. As technology suppliers, it’s our job to incorporate this ‘extra power’ into our adaptable and dynamic technologies to meet these needs and help grow our partners' player base and key performance metrics.

We’ve developed flexible gamification tools that can be tailored to fit different regions and markets. These tools have proven to be highly effective, with some of our partners seeing over a 30% increase in conversion rates thanks to our innovative approach to user engagement. Gamification enhances the overall player experience through rewards, missions, and leaderboards, making the experience more immersive and motivating users to keep playing.During the SBC Summit in Lisbon, our CPO, Lasha Kupatadze, gave a talk on 'Sportsbooks and entertainment: in-play betting.' He shared valuable insights into creating gamified experiences, in-play betting, and how innovative tools can personalize the experience and boost user engagement. This combination of technology and gamification is what makes our platform truly dynamic and keeps players engaged.

How do you see the growth of the gaming market in Europe?

The European market is one of the most stable in terms of growth and adoption of innovations, and that’s largely thanks to its strong regulations and the high level of social acceptance of iGaming, especially mobile gaming. Based on statistics, the European iGaming market is expected to exceed $56 billion by 2028, which clearly shows its upward trend. A big driver of this growth is the favorable regulatory environment in many European countries, which provides a secure and legally compliant space, helping to build player trust and encouraging more operators to enter the market.

As the online casino sector grows, we expect to see more users joining in, with user penetration projected to rise from 6.7% in 2024 to 7.5% by 2029. The focus is also on merging online and traditional casino experiences, and at Atlaslive, we’re committed to being at the forefront of delivering innovative, engaging content. That’s why we continue to collaborate with leading gaming providers and payment systems to meet the evolving needs of our partners and help them grow their customer base.

I believe the market will continue to grow steadily, and in such a competitive space, it's crucial to remain a game changer with a trustworthy and customizable product. You always need to be ready for new changes and innovations to keep surprising your partners and their players.

What do you think will be the most important trends in the iGaming industry in the near future?

At Atlaslive, we’re already using AI, big data, and automation to streamline operations and enhance UXs. AI helps us analyze player behavior in real time, which allows operators to offer highly personalized experiences while improving security by detecting risks early on. Automation, combined with real-time analytics, enables operators to efficiently manage user data and betting options. This not only saves time but also optimizes the overall process.

Looking ahead, the metaverse and blockchain technology are seeing increased adoption. Metaverse casinos, blending VR, AI, and crypto, are creating real-time, interactive gaming spaces, while blockchain ensures secure and transparent transactions, building trust among players.

These advancements are redefining how operators interact with users, and I believe they will continue to drive growth and innovation in the iGaming industry for years to come.
