What are the main challenges you face as the new President of Aristocrat?
It’s an exciting time to be at the helm of Aristocrat Gaming. The biggest challenge that we face is remaining focused on retaining our number one position across markets by providing incredible games to our customers while simultaneously providing our employees with a top notch experience. We believe that the top talent make the best products and we intend to continue to deliver on that.
In your opinion, What are the big trends for the games of chance sector for 2022? What are the main goals and strategies of the company for the current year?
Content will continue to be at the forefront of top trending games alongside strong game mechanics. We anticipate that player favorites that Aristocrat brought to the market such as Hold and Spin will continue to lead the player experience for the foreseeable future. Our continuous investment in design and development over the last 24 months will show that our products continue to lead by innovation in the market as they begin to hit casino floors. In addition, we remain committed to our strategy of focusing on our people, our customers and our business, in that order.
How do you think Aristocrat will continue to help customers in Latam in 2022 and beyond?
We’re committed to being the partner of choice for all of our customers by providing superior service while also delivering top performing games. In addition, we will continue to look at additional ways to specifically support the Latin American market. Finally, we will continue to develop products for the Latin American market to exceed our customers’ needs and expectations.
What novelties do you want to communicate?
We’re extremely excited that the Latin American market has begun to rebound despite challenges we all faced during pandemic times. A perfect example of this was bringing our customers back together at SAGSE 2022 to showcase product and connect in person.
