(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive).- JCM Global SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations Dave Kubajak granted an interview to SoloAzar, in which he shared his views on the casino gaming industry, the performance of the firm in 2021 and the expectations for the current year. "We have never stopped investing in new technology," he affirmed.

´JCM remains hopeful the industry will continue to strive and expand this year´

What is the evaluation you can make of the performance of the firm in 2021, the games of chance sector, the markets in which you participate, etc.?
JCM Global performance was strong and reflects the success of our customers, partners, and integrators who select and use our product. Our business expanded in 2021 with several key partnerships with operators of all sizes. As the casino gaming industry began to make a comeback from the impact of COVID-19, casino operators focused on improving their customer experience through investment in our technology roadmap, which helped to position them for ongoing success.

What are the firm’s expectations for 2022?
While 2022 brings many challenges with the continuation of the pandemic, JCM remains hopeful the industry will continue to strive and expand this year. With the growing presence of our systems products, JCM is continuing to increase our role in providing and implementing technology roadmaps for our customers to enhance their customer experience, increase operational efficiency and boost security.

Do you have any novelties to communicate?
We have never stopped investing in new technology. Globally, our engineers have been creating advanced solutions that build on the foundation of our existing technology and help our clients better serve their customers and conduct back-of-house business more efficiently. One example is our ICB ASAP, which brings robotic automation technology to the casino for the first time. It helps casinos increase security and accountability in the count room while also responding to staffing and social distancing challenges. Another example is our FUZION system, which brings mobile payments to the casino floor through the iTITO module and NFC Mobile I/O. As consumers, regulators and operators continue to embrace mobile payments as an option, this technology provides an incredibly secure payment choice.
