(Buenos Aires, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Fabián Luis Grous, General Manager of NOVOMATIC Argentina, granted an interview to SoloAzar in which he shared information about the training of slot technicians, an initiative of the company for Latin America. “The goal is to ensure a successful and sustainable future for both employees and NOVOMATIC,” said Grous.
Novomatic recently organized a workshop with 12 experts from all over Latin America. The event improved knowledge about gaming platforms and strengthened international cooperation.

In the first place, Fabián Grous listed the main objectives that NOVOMATIC Argentina proposed when organizing this training for slot technicians:
Improve technical knowledge: advanced and updated training on the operation and maintenance of new cabinets.
Promote operational excellence: skills and competencies for the optimization of performance and operation of cabinets in Latin America, contributing to a better user experience and optimal and efficient functioning.
Encourage continuous learning: sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among technicians.
Strengthen labor relations: creation of cooperation between technicians from different Latin American regions and countries, promoting a support and collaboration network that benefits all participants and the company as a whole.
Update on new technologies: information and training of technicians on the latest innovations and advances of the various cabinet platforms.
Compliance with regulations and standards: Ensure that technicians are well-informed and comply with all industry regulations and standards, guaranteeing safe and proper operations.
“By achieving these objectives, NOVOMATIC Argentina seeks not only to improve the technical skills of its employees, but also to strengthen the company's prestigious market position and to ensure a high level of satisfaction among employees and customers,” he assured.

When consulted about the training impact regarding the employees performance and customer satisfaction, Grous answered the following:
“NOVOMATIC Argentina evaluates the impact of training on employee performance and customer satisfaction through various methods and key metrics. These methods allow NOVOMATIC Argentina to get a comprehensive view of the training's impact and to ensure that it positively contributes to employee performance and customer satisfaction.”
What message would you like to convey to slot technicians about the importance of training and professional development?
We want to convey to all slot technicians the vital importance of continuous training and professional development. In an ever-evolving industry, staying updated with the latest technologies and practices not only improves work efficiency and quality but also opens doors to new opportunities and professional growth. Dedication to learning and continuous improvement is key to ensuring a successful and sustainable future for both employees and NOVOMATIC.
Bernhard Winter (Head of Technical Support, NOVOMATIC AG) and engineer Markus Urbanek of NOVOMATIC’s Technical Support team led the training for technicians.
Grous thanked both, from the Austrian venue, for leading the training. “Both have a significant career history in the field of gaming and in coordinating and managing technical support projects worldwide. We are truly grateful for the collaboration of both, which exceeded our expectations and demonstrated their strong commitment and respect towards the entire NOVOMATIC family.
