SoloAzar visited Belatra and learned about its LatAm operation

Clear processes and customer focus

At SoloAzar, we went to see how they work and spent a day with the Belatra team in Buenos Aires. The visit allowed us to observe firsthand an organized process, with a logic strongly oriented toward the customer, which defines the way the company positions itself in the Latin American market.

During the day, we spoke with key members of the regional team: Florencia Mendiuk, Lucila Barletta, and Marcos Casares, who detailed each stage of the relationship with operators and strategic partners.

The company works under a boutique model, focused on personalized support and the construction of long-term relationships. According to its representatives, the goal is to understand the specific needs of each operator in order to develop solutions adapted to each market.

Personalized proposals from the beginning

Florencia Mendiuk explained the initial approach and highlighted the company’s differentiator:

“Maybe you met us at a trade show or someone recommended our games to you. At Belatra, we are boutique providers and we work with completely personalized proposals. That’s why the first thing we’re going to do is have a meeting where you tell me about your operation and together we identify exactly what your needs are”.

The executive pointed out that the first step consists of analyzing the operator’s profile, its markets, its objectives, and the type of experience it wishes to offer players. From there, the team develops a proposal tailored to the characteristics of each client.

From negotiation to technical integration

Once the proposal is defined, the process moves toward contractual formalization. Lucila Barletta explained:

“Once the proposal is designed, we move on to the legal and administrative part. We propose a contract model or work on yours”.

For his part, Marcos Casares described the final and operational stage:

“We close the proposal and sign the contract. Now we’re going to set up the Teams group to start the integration. At Belatra, with a single API, you integrate all our games and promotional tools. You will be in direct and permanent contact with our technical team and an Account Manager specialized in your market so that together we can grow your operation”.

The integration model seeks to simplify technical processes and accelerate implementation times. In addition, permanent support appears as one of the central pillars of the company’s regional strategy.

More than 30 years of experience in gaming

Belatra Games has more than three decades of experience in casino game development. The company was founded in 1993 and initially focused on the production of gaming machines for land-based casinos, before strongly expanding into the online segment.

Its current catalog exceeds 100 titles and includes well-known slot games such as Piggy Bank, Lucky Drink, Mummyland Treasures, Big Wild Buffalo, and Princess Suki, among other offerings.

Over the years, Belatra consolidated an identity based on modern graphics, immersive sound design, and accessible mechanics, while maintaining international standards of quality, security, and fair gaming.

Expansion and innovation in Latin America

Today, Belatra continues strengthening its presence in Latin America and consolidating itself as a dynamic player within the global gaming ecosystem. The company combines experience in the land-based sector with a digital strategy focused on innovation and constant adaptation.

From SoloAzar, the visit confirmed that behind its portfolio there exists a team focused on closeness with operators, the personalization of each proposal, and continuous support to enhance the growth of each operation in the region.
