BYA Group: "In 2020 we will continue developing new and innovative models"

(Mexico, SoloAzar Exclusive).- In an interview granted to SoloAzar, César Báez, BYA Group General Director, talked about its products and the main markets in which it participates. He also commented about the strategy of the company for the current year, considering the pandemic.

Which are the different types of chairs for bingo and the models of chairs and tables you offer?


We handle a wide variety of electronic and singing bingo chairs, we have the Bay, Barcelona, ​​Bingo and Tropicana models, all are manufactured in our factory in Mexicothey provide excellent comfort to spend long hours playing either on electronic bingo machines or in Sung bingo. Tables are also made by us and painted to suit the client.

What is the current situation in Mexico and Colombia?


In the Mexican market, we are currently asked a lot for the Barcelona model since it is a 53 kg density injected polyurethane armchair and is specially designed for this type of game. In the Colombian market there are not the same machines that are operated in Mexico, in Colombia electronic bingo is not very popular but if live games and we have sold the Luxor model for the Winner Group casinos which has had a positive result of part of the clients who visit these casinos in Colombia.

WHich will be the strategy for the rest of 2020, considing the current situation of pandemics?


In the course of 2020 we will continue to develop new and innovative models for our clients in Peru, Chile, Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay, El Salvador and Nicaragua. As well as developing chairs for household bars and for small gaming tables that many clients have in their homes, in Colombia we have already sold a wide variety of chairs for our clients' homes and that while the pandemic is over they can continue playing from their House.
