Colombia: Coljuegos releases anti-corruption proposal and citizen service plan for 2020

(Colombia).- Interested persons may review the document and make suggestions that they deem pertinent through the form that has been enabled by the entity and which can be consulted on Coljuegos page.
According to Coljuegos, anti-corruption proposal and citizen service plan for 2020 proposed by the entity seeks to contribute to the strengthening of mechanisms to fight corruption, the improvement in the promotion and guarantees of access to information and the promotion of public integrity.
The objective of the plan proposed by Coljuegos is to inform the interest groups and citizens in general of the strategies, actions and measures that will allow the prevention and / or mitigation of the occurrence of corruption events through five components:
Corruption Risk Management: identify the events that can affect the achievement of the strategic objectives and trigger acts of corruption, therefore, Coljuegos has worked on risk management, through a continuous process of identifying those risks, its assessment and the implementation of measures for the prevention or mitigation of impact.
Streamlining procedures: facilitate the access of citizens and interested groups to their rights and the fulfillment of their obligations, reducing costs, times, documents, processes and steps in their interaction with Coljuegos.
Accountability: established in the Citizen Participation Policy established by the Integrated Planning and Management Model, entities must design, maintain and improve spaces that guarantee citizen participation throughout the public management cycle (diagnosis, formulation, implementation, evaluation and monitoring) within the framework of the provisions of article 2 of Law 1757 of 2015; This requires that, from the Strategic Direction and Planning dimension, the way in which citizen participation will be facilitated and promoted will be explicitly included. To comply with this guideline, Coljuegos established the Accountability strategy.
Mechanisms for citizen care: Coljuegos defines the mechanisms to improve citizen care, framed in the Efficient Public Management Model of Citizen Service established in CONPES 3785 of 2013, for the term 2020.
Mechanisms for transparency and access to information: you can know first-hand the information of Coljuegos. As dictated by the Law, the information generated by the State entities may not be reserved or limited, on the contrary it is of a public nature, on the entity's website specifically in the link https://www.coljuegos.gov. co / publications / transparency_a_la_informacion_pub can find the access to information defined in Law 1712 of 2014. Similarly, the five (5) general strategies to initiate the implementation of measures that guarantee Transparency and Access to Public Information are indicated. which define the subcomponents of the Transparency and Access to public information component.
