“Fast Track opened a new office in Miami to be closer to our partners in North America and LATAM:” Chief Commercial Officer & MD Americas Jean-Luc Ferrière

How did the company begin, in which market? Can you explain and describe the main products of Fast Track?

Fast Track is a well-established player within the European market and has spent the past seven years cementing its global footprint as the iGaming CRM leader. Europe remains a focus for us, and we’re excited to be physically expanding into the Americas, having recently established our presence there with a new office in Miami, to be better able to serve our partners on that side of the Atlantic.

Fast Track is the only CRM platform built specifically for the online gambling industry. At its core, FT is a player engagement platform acting as the central brain for all player orchestration and is designed to provide true 1:1 experiences at scale. The beauty of Fast Track is that it runs exclusively on real-time data, unlocking a whole new level of possibilities for data analysis, having real-time data dashboards load up in seconds, and giving operators the opportunity to automate an extensive part of their CRM processes. The recently launched OpenAi integration is another step towards our vision of delivering the first self-learning CRM platform to the industry.

What is your currently focused market and in which markets does the firm want to expand?

Being a technology partner, we are positioned to work with all types of operators across the globe and in almost any market. As a matter of fact, we’re attending 12 shows across 4 continents this year, to be able to make personal contact with new and existing clients, irrespective of which part of the world they’re in. As mentioned previously, we’ve also just opened a new office in Miami to be closer to our partners in North America and LATAM.

Do you want to name the highlighted awards that the firm received, and what does it mean for the firm?

One of our proudest achievements in the past months is our Great Place to Work® certification. Great Place to Work surveys 19.8 million employees across 10,000 participating organizations spread over 5 continents and 90 countries and requires a 70% score on the Trust index to obtain certification. Fast Track obtained a score of 93%, ranking it amongst the best employers globally. Apart from this, we were also named ‘Employer of The Year’ at the IGA awards taking place in London last February.
