Regulation : Law No. 31557, in force since February 2024, established clear regulations for online betting and casino games, managed by MINCETUR .
120 licenses have been awarded to 60 operators, strengthening consumer confidence and attracting local and international investment.
Main Operators
Featured locations :
Total Bet , Inkabet (now part of Betsson), Te Apuesto , Doradobet and Betano .
Internationals present :

The focus is on mobile platforms , live betting, and integrated experiences (casino + sports betting).
Market consolidation is expected, with only three or four major brands dominating.
Challenges
High competition, rising taxes (up to 13% between ISC and GGR), and macroeconomic risks such as the fiscal deficit (3.6% of GDP in 2024).
New regulatory requirements include KYC, advertising restrictions, and responsible gaming measures.
