(Lakewood).- Gaming Laboratories International (GLI®), a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services for the gaming industry, has announced the promotion of Patrick Cottingham to Director of Client Services, North America.
GLl reinforces its North American leadership team with the promotion of Patrick Cottingham, enhancing client services and compliance expertise across land-based, lottery, and iGaming sectors.
Cottingham previously served as Senior Manager of Client Services and brings a strong technical and leadership background to his new role. Before joining GLI as an engineer, he served in the United States Air Force, building a foundation of discipline and technical expertise that has defined his career.
Throughout his time at GLI, Cottingham demonstrated an unwavering commitment to client success. After transitioning from engineering to the Client Services division, he played a key role in strengthening the department and developing a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. His engineering knowledge and in-depth understanding of gaming compliance have enabled clients to navigate complex regulatory processes with confidence.
