This recognition highlights the work of the Spanish subsidiary, through its ADMIRAL gaming hall brand, in protecting users and promoting a safe gaming environment.
The company first obtained the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4) quality certification in 2022. This year, it achieved it after a rigorous evaluation process in which the G4 considered key aspects such as specialized responsible gaming training for its employees, transparent and accessible information provided to customers, the involvement of the Board of Directors, and the existence of internal policies and procedures that guarantee best practices in the sector.
From its inception, the company has adopted a proactive stance in implementing measures that protect users' rights, placing corporate social responsibility as one of the fundamental pillars of its activity.
Furthermore, as a member of the Sustainable Gaming Platform, NOVOMATIC Spain continues to collaborate on initiatives such as the FES Project, which includes information, awareness, and prevention campaigns, educational workshops, and strategies developed by experts specifically aimed at minors and vulnerable groups. These actions focus on promoting responsible habits and preventing inappropriate gambling-related behaviors.
In the words of Jaime Estalella, Managing Director of Operations for the Spanish subsidiary: "We are deeply proud to have renewed this international certification, which endorses our commitment to an ethical and responsible business model. We work every day to ensure that gaming remains a safe entertainment option, and this milestone is a testament to all the efforts made by our team and our organization."
