Soft2Bet´s aid in Ukraine´s pathway to peace
⏱ 2 min read
(Malta).- As destruction aggravates and losses arise during the invasion of Ukraine, businesses and people all across the globe are searching for ways to assist.
Given the ongoing situation, Soft2Bet will continue its business practices as per usual, with close monitoring of the safety of its employees' affected family members.
Moreover, as Soft2Bet is a multinational company, it is our primary responsibility to strengthen and reinforce relief efforts where needed.
On account of that, the company has made multiple contributions to relief services inside and outside Ukraine. An Emergency Department has been formed with the responsibility of managing the crisis in different aspects.
Affected people are evacuated from Ukraine with buses to neighboring countries and across the borders. There, the team is taking care of their accommodation, with doctors providing medical assistance, first-aid kits, psychological support, and food.
In addition to that, Soft2Bet has organized a charter flight that will fly 150 employees' family members from Romania to Cyprus.
As the majority of the company workforce is situated in Cyprus, the company will launch a Charity Marathon to mobilize the community and help collect more donations for the people of Ukraine. Then, Soft2Bet will double the funds gathered from all participants.
As the global call for help during this war continues to grow, Soft2Bet encourages other companies to take the same initiatives and assist in any way they can.
The company will continue to monitor the situation and take additional actions as needed as we join the global community in voicing sincere hope for a return of peace in Ukraine.
Each of us can offer support during this situation, and one of such ways is through the National Bank of Ukraine, which has opened a fundraising account for humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians affected:
The Soft2Bet Family will remain united, and remember, our collective effort can help make a difference.
