(Slovenia, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Albert Radman, Alfastreet Sales Director, granted an interview to SoloAzar, in which he made an evaluation about 2020 and how it has affected the company in particular, among other issues.

"2020 will be remembered as a terrible year in many aspects," Radman started saying. "If we narrow the choice to the gaming industry, we can say that we were hit very hard. The Gaming industry around the world faced different phases of complete shutdowns, limited occupancy allowance and severe lack of travelling visitors."
"Speaking from direct experience with our customers worldwide, we could estimate that the global gaming industry took more or less equal amounts of damage independent of the location."
He then continued: "The Manufacturer's side is somehow even worse. We're positioned in between, whereas our suppliers are at the front and our customers at the end of the chain. Consequently, we had to accept not just lack of orders, but more so lack pf payments from our customers, and we had to find ways to adapt and survive. On the other hand, many of our suppliers started demanding upfront payments, as soon as they noticed signs of trouble."
Radman then talked about the brand: "Luckily, thanks to our decades long successful and to certain aspect conservative management of the company, we were able to fulfill the expectations from both sides and by today, we can say that the worst is over. Alfastreet brand is well known and respected literally all around the world and this was a key point that had us bounce back and resume our operations very quickly."
"The global gaming markets started opening with a different pace and different restriction, but as Alfastreet is welcome in all them, we were able to follow up on each one of them. Even to our surprise, we were able to conclude multiple contracts that basically put us back in tracks and allowed us to resume our operation with 100% capacity. Having said all of this, we believe that 2020 turned out it the best possible way for Alfastreet, given the circumstances, of course."
With regards to the expectations and goals, he commented: "For the next year, we simply expect to build on our business and replace whatever was lost in 2020. The restrictions are slowly but surely going away, and at Alfastreet we're making sure that any new demand from our customers is met with utmost energy, respect and assurance of the perfect service."
"We are staying in constant contact with our customers and we monitor all of our products and assure their smooth and uninterrupted operation. All of this is something Alfastreet's been doing in past decades of our existence and because of this, we have a loyal base of customers that kept us going, and will keep us going in the future."
Regarding the markets, he said: "Our brand is globally spread (like no other ETG) and we are following all of them, with no order being too small, or even too big. Our target is the world. In terms of the product line we will launch multiple refreshed cabinets and software solutions, including an online gaming platform for our ETG. We will focus on our core products and we will make sure we remain a true leading Electronic Table Game producer."
