AI support: integrated technology showcased by Fast Track at ICE London 2023
2 minutos de lectura
(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Simon Lidzen- CEO, and co-founder of Fast Track, gave an interview to SoloAzar in between the noisy and exciting atmosphere of the ICE London event that took place from 7th to 9th February. He explained to us the work they do at Fast Track, the products they have on their engagement platform, and the company's future and goals.
"Fast Track is a player engagement platform on CRM solutions. We are the only CRM solution that is completely focused on iGaming, and we have a lot of innovative features to make teams very productive and build very exciting things for the iGaming industry," explained the company's CEO and co-founder, Simon Lidzen.
What innovations have you introduced at this edition of ICE?
Well, we introduced AI support from this open AI integration. Fastrack has been preparing the platform for a very long time to be able to integrate this kind of technology. But the technology was not yet good enough to use it.
Now, with the release of Chat GPT, we were able to take advantage of this type of technology, so we jumped on it and did it right away.
The platform now has fantastic new features; automatic campaign generation and easy automatic translation into any language, and the model has also been trained with iGaming context. You can have a conversation with the system, and it will simply build an optimised campaign, including emails, SMS, and push notifications, and you can ask it to suggest different subject lines for better conversion. These kinds of things will be demonstrated at ICE.
What were your expectations and goals for this ICE show?
We have been here for 4 years. ICE is about creating a platform for us to meet operators, strengthen the relationships we already have in the market and meet new people. It gives us the opportunity to show everything we are talking about in more detail, meet people face to face and show what Fast Track is all about. It's been very busy here, everyone's super excited, and I'm of course, grateful for everyone who comes along!
What are the next steps for Fast Track, and what other events will you be attending?
FastTrack is on the road all year round. Ice is the first. And this year, we are doing eleven shows - we will be everywhere! We will be at SBC New Jersey, Singapore, Sao Paulo, Barcelona, G2E Las Vegas, Miami, etc. There is a lot going on.
What about shows in South America?
We are looking at all the possibilities. Latin America is very important to us because there are a lot of operators coming to us at the moment. We will be attending Sigma in Sao Paulo and going to the Miami show, which is focused on the Latin American market, which is good for us. We are also looking at other opportunities in the region and have also opened an office in Miami to be closer to our partners on that side of the globe.
Lastly, what are your views on the show's relocation for 2025 and in which of the 4 cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Paris and London) would you like to see the show?
I really want it to stay in London. I like it here. I understand there might be a lot of complexities to deal with because of Brexit, but personally, I love ICE in London. I've been here for 15 years. The idea of it being somewhere else is a bit strange to me. I don't know if there's a better place at the moment. London has so much to offer. My vote would be to stay in London.
What about the Future of Fast Track?
Fastrack had a vision to build the first self-learning engagement platform on the market. And we have done so much work to get closer to that vision and everything that is happening is making operators really productive.
Working with Fast Track has made teams 4x more effective, there's no other platform on the market that can deliver this level of productivity.
Operators looking to increase productivity should definitely consider Fast Track as one of their options. I encourage them to get in touch with us so we can show them what Fast Track can do for their teams. There is no other platform in the industry that is investing and focusing on AI like we are, and we are moving fast to give our partners access to the latest technology.
