(Amsterdam, SoloAzar Exclusive) - Hmayak Arakelyan, sales team director for South East Europe at Digitain, details in an interview with SoloAzar the innovations presented at iGB L!VE 2024, the positive reception of its new products, and his expectations for the event's move to London in 2025.
During the vibrant iGB L!VE Amsterdam, an event that attracted thousands of iGaming professionals ahead of its move to London in 2025, SoloAzar interviewed Mr. Hmayak Arakelyan, sales team manager for South East Europe at Digitain.

Located in the heart of the RAI's main hall, Digitain's stand was a magnet for attendees, standing out for its constant activity and the warm welcome of its team. In this dynamic environment, Arakelyan shared his perspectives on the event and Digitain's outstanding participation, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence and innovation in the sector.
What innovations or noteworthy launches have you presented at iGB L!VE 2024 and how have they been received by the attendees?
We recently released our In-house developed products: Centrivo CRM and Centrivo Affiliate. Both solutions are leading product innovations and are unique to Digitain. We offer our partners a complete technology and marketing stack to deliver 360-degree marketing lifecycle support for player acquisition, retention, reactivation, and more. These products were well received by new and existing partners at our stand.

How do you see the future of the online gaming industry after the trends presented at iGB Live Amsterdam 2024?
There was a lot of buzz and energy in Amsterdam; it's such a lively city. Everyone is brimming with creativity and excitement for the remaining part of the year. The industry is experiencing an upward trend as exciting new products hit the market, and some fantastic collaborations are taking place in the space. We're incredibly excited about the potential for more innovative products, such as our in-house CRM and Affiliate solutions and more industry collaborations in the future.
iGB L!VE is moving to London in 2025, what are your expectations for this move?
Amsterdam will hold a special place for many people in the iGaming industry. For that reason, it won’t be forgotten. However, every story and chapter has to have a beginning and an end. London is a new chapter in the iGB L!VE continuing story, and I’m sure Clarion shall pull out all the stops to make it shine next year in London.
