JCM had its most exciting G2E to date

(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive).- David Kubajak, JCM’s SVP of Sales, Marketing and Operations, spoke exclusively with SoloAzar during the lastest edition of G2E Las Vegas. “We have one goal for G2E – to amaze attendees with our technologies and the added capabilities they bring to their operation,” he said.

What products have you bring to exhibit in this new edition of G2E?


We are particularly excited about this year’s G2E because we are showing how our partnerships expand the capabilities of our patented FUZION® technology in ways that will dramatically increase efficiency and connections across multiple areas of the casino operation.


JCM will build on our 65-year history of innovation this year with new and groundbreaking solutions, technology and partnerships setting new, global standards for the gaming industry.


Since we first introduced our iVIZION® bill validator, major suppliers have partnered with us, and we have jointly created a variety of applications around iVIZION. When we added our GEN5® Thermal Printer to our product range, operators realized the advantage of the synergies from combining iVIZION and GEN5. As we added our ICB® and PROMONET systems, we were able to provide our casino partners with innovative intelligence solutions for the iVIZION/GEN5 platform.


Now with the connection of FUZION to iVIZION and GEN5, we provide operators with a real-time peripheral management system, while at the same time expanding the capabilities of each EGM to act as an interactive gaming kiosk.


This brief history lays the context for what we will do next, which is add FUZION’s mobile solution, iTITO. This enables operators to attract new and different types of players by adding a secure and easily recognizable method for mobile transaction technology.


We recently earned additional approvals of our GLI certification for the FUZION system, approving FUZION in jurisdictions across North America. We will be announcing multiple installations of FUZION soon.


We are continually innovating for our customers, helping them to operate in even more secure, efficient, and connected ways, and this latest phase of FUZION is a game-changer that will raise the bar once again. We hope attendees will come by as get a hands-on demonstration of its new capabilities.


 


What are the products that stand out among these?


FUZION is certainly a stand-out product in our booth and on the trade show floor. We are also excited to demonstrate our expanded portfolio of Digital Display Solutions. We view digital displays as architectural solutions that help operators communicate with guests by creating gathering places within their existing operation. It’s been an exciting year for JCM in our digital displays business as more and more casinos, both tribal and commercial, have invested in their guests’ experience with our digital signage solutions.


 


With what expectations do you get to G2E every year and what are the goals?


We have one goal for G2E – to amaze attendees with our technologies and the added capabilities they bring to their operation. We are absolutely focused on our customers – listening to their needs, creating solutions that help protect their operation with increased security, and helping them to increase the connections they have with their guests. We are confident this will be our most exciting G2E to date, because of the new opportunities our solutions bring to our casino partners.


 


Will you be present at other shows?


First, we will be showing our innovations at SAGSE in partnership with our Latin American distributors, then we will exhibit at the Macau Gaming Show.


 


How does the growth of the Company accompany the evolution of the players?


Players wants, needs and preferences change, and we have evolved our products and systems along with them. FUZION is a great example, where players can expand their interaction with the game by using their mobile device to add credits. We work closely with our casino partners worldwide to listen to the feedback their players are giving them so we can help casinos deliver what their players want and need.
