(Sofia, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Süleyman Samgam, sales manager at JCM Global, responsible for the sales in Bulgaria and the whole Middle East Area, granted an exclusive interview to SoloAzar to talk about their fruitful presence at the recent BEGE event, the largest annual meeting of Industry professionals in Europe, held from 22nd to 24th November at Inter Expo Center Sofia in Bulgaria. For the first time, JCM Global showcased their cashless solution Game Payment Technology (GPT) with an extremely good response from the public.
What novelties did you present at this edition of BEGE? And what was the response from the public and visitors?
The UBA 10 bill validator, which is a particularly popular with operators in the Bulgarian Casino Market and worldwide – with over one million units sold! For this reason, we were very excited to be presenting the UBA-Pro, which is a plug and play solution that can easily replace the older model with the minimum amount of disruption. Only the reader head needs to be exchanged, while the existing accessories such as the cashbox and bezel can remain in place.
We also had a good response to our Intelligent Cash Box Solution (ICB), which we showed at BEGE. However, one of the real highlights of the show was our cashless solution Game Payment Technology (GPT), which we introduced to our customers in the region for the first time. They were extremely interested in a collaboration to establish our e-wallet payment solution in the Balkan region.
What conclusions can you highlight of the tradeshow?
The BEGE Expo is growing from year-to-year and becoming more important for the gaming industry. I believe that after the ICE Show, it is the second most important gaming exhibition in Europe now. We are looking forward to participating once again in 2024.

The company's presence at BEGE 2023, how does it impact for the development of your objectives for 2024?
The Balkan gaming market is very interesting and growing fast. It is very important to have the opportunity to meet customers and understand their expectations from suppliers. Our goal for 2024 is to expand our market share in this region.
What is your vision of the Bulgarian and Eastern European market?
It is an important region for JCM Global. Many manufacturers have established production in this region and the gaming market is very large. We would like to increase our activities in this region in 2024. We are particularly trying to establish our Cashless solution in this region.
