Zitro's new CONCEPT line redefines the gaming experience at G2E

(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive) - In an exclusive interview with SoloAzar, Sebastian Salat, International President of Zitro, shared the details of the firm's participation at the G2E show in Las Vegas. Salat shared details of Zitro's new innovative line of cabinets.
CONCEPT: attraction and comfort for the player
When Sebastián Salat was asked about the new features that Zitro incorporated this year to enrich the visitors' experience at G2E 2024, he highlighted the launch of the CONCEPT line of cabinets, which includes models such as Concept Prime, Prime-J and Deluxe. Sebastián stressed that these cabinets offer a striking visual presence, superior ergonomics and comfort, and a multimedia display that transforms the gamer experience. He describes them as follows:
'What makes this new line of cabinets unique is their presence, their thoughtful ergonomics and comfort, and their multimedia features that include an impressive light show, synchronised with the game sequences, creating a highly rewarding experience for the player, and generating tremendous attraction in the room.
The CONCEPT cabinets feature a spacious ‘XXL console’ that offers an unparalleled level of customer comfort and transforms the user experience with larger screens, active game accompaniment from the XXL console screen, and the attraction generated through the animation sequences displayed on the digital topper.
We have also presented games compatible with both the CONCEPT and GLARE lines of cabinets, highlighting the portability of games from one cabinet to another. From our wide range of games presented at G2E I would like to highlight Legendary Sword, Fairyland Quest, Triple Charm Journey, Lucky Vault, Cash Totems and Merging Fu Pots. All of them offer innovative game mechanics with a quality of image, animation and sound that is unmatched in the industry.
Finally, I would like to highlight the tremendous growth of Zitro Digital's offering, not only by continuously adding new titles to the existing ones, such as the Fu Frog series and seasonal games like Calaca Cash, but also by introducing various promotional tools to accompany the operator in the commercial management of our games.
Highlighting the flexibility and versatility of Zitro's games
Asked about particular aspects of his stand at G2E and the response from the public, Sebastián highlighted the positive reception of the new CONCEPT line of cabinets and the flexibility they provide by being compatible with multiple Zitro games. This compatibility ensures operators can easily migrate titles between cabinets and maximise their options:
The response to our new product offering has been truly overwhelming. We have received many compliments, in particular, for the new CONCEPT line of cabinets, which, as I said, stood out for their striking presence, comfort and ergonomics.
The portability of many of our games to both the CONCEPT and GLARE cabinets was very well received, as this gives operators the greatest flexibility when it comes to having banks of Zitro machines in their casinos, as well as being a guarantee of protection for the operator's investment in our equipment. We continue to bring out more and more new games that also run on the well-known GLARE cabinets.

Adaptation and innovation in the US market: Zitro's bet with CONCEPT
When asked about the innovations they are implementing to adapt to the dynamic US market, Sebastián highlighted the launch of the CONCEPT line of cabinets as a response to players' growing interest in impressive and eye-catching machines. He added:
The launch of the CONCEPT line of cabinets is a sign of our efforts to also adapt to the tastes of players in the United States, a market where there is a marked trend towards ever more imposing, bigger, and more eye-catching machines to attract the player's attention, as is achieved with CONCEPT. On the other hand, the US market is very demanding: it is not only the quality that matters, but also the depth of the range of games. That is why we have doubled our resources and efforts to launch more and more games annually, in order to cater to a market where customers are accustomed to continuous novelty, which is key to maintaining the commercial appeal of our equipment in casinos.
Zitro's commitment to innovation and casino operator satisfaction
Following the firm's participation at G2E, we asked Sebastián to share a key message for potential new customers or partners about its products. He put it this way:
'Overall, our participation in the G2E show sought to convey our commitment to making Zitro a global leader, capable of meeting the needs of any casino operator, anywhere in the world.
We want to assure the operator that their investment in Zitro machines is protected by the continuous release of new and successful games that ensure the longevity of the equipment purchased, guaranteeing that these games will continue to run, for the most part, on previous and newly released cabinets, so that any Zitro platform has a long technical and commercial life ahead of it.
Five key short-term goals for Zitro
To conclude the interview, Sebastián Salat shared Zitro's short-term objectives, which will drive the firm on its way to maintaining its global leadership. In his own words, he summed them up in the following five points:
- Consolidate our presence in the US market, making Zitro an essential supplier of gaming equipment to any operator in the country.
- Maintain our leadership in Latin America and Spain, and grow in the rest of the continents towards our goal of making Zitro a global leader.
- Make Zitro Digital the preferred supplier for any online casino in the world.
- To provide our organisation with the resources and tools necessary to support our growth.
- To strive for the satisfaction of our employees, suppliers and customers. Success is not measured solely in financial terms. In fact, success can only be built on strong and lasting relationships with all stakeholders in the business.
