(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive) .- Cristian Navarro, Senior Account Manager at Interblock, gave an interview to SoloAzar in which he spoke about his expectations and objectives for his new position in the company. He also commented on his plans for the near future and the current situation of the sector in Latin America, among other topics.
What are your expectations for the new position?
As the new commercial manager of Interblock Gaming Latin America, my mission is to continue increasing our participation in luxury electronic gaming tables among our clients in the region. Particularly in the territory of Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay.
For many years Interblock Gaming has led the market share of electronic gaming tables globally. Latin America follows this same trend, thanks to the innovative solutions we offer. Solutions that generate a unique and attractive experience for all types of players.
What can you tell us about your work area and your new role within the company?
Interblock is considered by our strategic partners as a fundamental piece within the mix of options offered to players. That is why we work closely with them, listening to their needs, in order to become expert advisors and periodically recommending improvements to achieve the best performance of each solution.
Within the company we consider this objective as a priority and that is why we have a philosophy of teamwork where each member of each area involved contributes their value, their knowledge in favor of the final achievement, which is customer satisfaction.
What plans do you have for the remainder of the year and the beginning of 2024?
The remainder of the year presents great challenges at the regional level, but especially at the local level.
We are aware of the vicissitudes we face, but we are confident that they are temporary issues that will gradually be resolved. The important thing is not to lose focus on our objective. For this reason, we are always analyzing possible scenarios in order to anticipate them and establish action plans accordingly.
What is the current situation of the sector in Latin America and the challenges it faces?
The Latin American market is a very attractive market. In part it is due to the growth that online gaming has had in recent years. Contrary to what one may think, this also brings about growth in the traditional game. In part, because many of those new online players want and want to have a real gaming experience in a casino or bingo room.
This audience is the one that currently seeks to play on electronic gaming tables that provide a much more dynamic experience, with attractive “side beats” and without “tokens” or “chips” in which they will be able to live an experience similar to those they would have in an online game.
Interblock has these advantages in its different solutions. This is why we feel confident that our customers will continue to choose our products. And most importantly, they will continue to trust our work team.
