In this sense, she explains that “At GAT Showcase Bogotá, we presented an impressive selection of our latest innovations in gaming machines. Among the highlights was the Sublime hybrid cabinet, which combines cutting-edge technology with enhanced player interaction, focusing on ergonomics to offer maximum comfort and convenience. We also showcased the Rhapsody XL cabinet, designed for on-the-go operations and smaller spaces, with robust features including 27" Full HD displays and a powerful sound system. Additionally, we introduced our ST3 slot machine, which excels in high-definition graphics. and surround sound, offering a superior gaming experience.”
Regarding the public response to these new products, she explains that “Attendees' comments were extremely positive, particularly about the ergonomic designs and immersive gaming experiences our products offer. Our Gold Club electronic roulette wheels, specifically the 8-position Lumina Plus and the 6-position Ventura Plus, also aroused great interest for their modern, compact and ergonomic design, which has already gained popularity in the Colombian market.”

How has the company evolved in the Latin American market and what opportunities arose in this GAT Showcase?
Win Systems has steadily expanded its presence in the Latin American market over the years, and events like GAT Showcase are instrumental in helping us strengthen our relationships with local operators. Our advanced gaming solutions, particularly in the casino sectors, have positioned us as a leader in the region. At GAT Showcase, we identified several new opportunities to further collaborate with key players in Colombia, which is an essential market for us. We are committed to supporting our partners with next-generation technology that enhances the player experience while optimizing operational efficiency.
What kind of feedback did you receive from your current and potential customers during the event?
The response was overwhelmingly positive. Both potential and existing customers praised the Sublime hybrid cabinet for its innovation in player interaction and comfort, as well as the Rhapsody XL cabinet for its robustness and adaptability in smaller venues. Our existing customers have also expressed satisfaction with our continued commitment to product development, particularly in the changing demands of the gaming market. The ability to offer a wide range of multi-game options, such as Gamestar+ and Orion, was also highlighted as a key factor in retaining player engagement.

The regulatory framework
Were there any new developments in regulatory or certification processes that you shared with attendees?
While there were no major announcements regarding regulatory changes at this event, we continue to closely monitor and comply with all certification requirements in Colombia and throughout Latin America. As we expand our operations in the region, maintaining our commitment to complying with local regulations remains a top priority."
Finally, what are your expectations after the event in terms of expansion or alliances in Colombia and the region?
Following the success of the GAT Showcase, we hope to strengthen our position in Colombia, where our products have already had a significant impact. We are confident that the connections and partnerships formed during the event will lead to new installations and collaborations.
