Milena Tsankarska tells us all about the growth of ZettaOnline in the world

In this interview, she tells us about her personal career and ZettaOnline's plans.

To begin, we wanted Milena to review her rising career in the world of finance and she explained this to us: “Challenging myself at different stages of life has been a natural process. After spending many years in the gambling industry, I decided to shift my focus to fintech and software development while staying connected to gaming through IT. This combination enhances my confidence and presents a significant challenge, given the critical roles of fintech, software development, and IT Infrastructure in the gaming industry.”

Now, at this point we wanted to find out what it means to be Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer of a company like Zetta and she answered that “My natural responsibilities include creating and developing various policies and marketing strategies to expand the company’s activities to different markets. For sure, one of my main commitments is to establish and cultivate long-term partnerships with new clients. And it is not easy in one of the most competitive markets in the world such as the IT and Fintech industries. But that’s the challenge. One of my other goals is to strengthen the group’s different brands and keep their level high in both the Fintech and gaming markets”.

What types of IT and DevOps services does ZettaOnline manage and in what areas does it offer customised solutions, including cyber security and software development services?

ZettaOnline manages DevOps and IT services in the fields of software development, technical compliance and provides services such as cyber security, custom solutions, server and system administration, IT infrastructure, online payments, and of course, cloud services. We are driven by technical innovations and create correct approaches to our clients’ problems. Our customers in Europe, North America and Africa have 24/7 support. With a team of over 200 experts, the company operates from multiple office locations including Sofia (Bulgaria), Kiel (Germany), London (United Kingdom), Barcelona (Spain), Vilnius (Lithuania), Warsaw (Poland), Bratislava (Slovakia), and Tirana (Albania).

In which markets does ZettaOnline currently operate and what kind of support does it offer to its customers?

As I mentioned above, the company operates on three different continents. We are a strategic provider of fintech services to multiple regulated institutions in the UK, USA, Germany, Malta, Lithuania, Cyprus, Turkey, and South Africa. ZettaOnline, as a part of a technology group of companies, has over 25 years of proven track record of creating high-tech platforms for managing online payments, massive networks of users, data, and internet traffic.

What are ZettaOnline's plans to penetrate emerging markets and what strategies will they use to do so?

Our plans short-term plans include strengthening our presence in emerging markets, enhancing our service offerings, and strengthening and expanding our existing partnerships. We also aim to achieve additional certifications, which will confirm our leading position in fintech and IT solutions worldwide.

What has your experience at CasinoBeats Summit 2024 been like and what would you highlight from the event so far?

I am so glad that I have the opportunity to enroll at CasinoBeats Summit 2024. I have a lot of meetings with existing friends and partners and I also managed to establish new ones. I was also impressed by the presence of some of the best companies in the iGaming sector and by their development and innovations. The conference is also very meaningful, so I enjoyed my time in Malta very much.
