What do you think were the most influential facts or developments during 2023 for the firm?

The Latin American Mission Itinerary was definitely an approach to the iGaming events calendar that boosted and marked the positioning and scope of Pragmatic Play in the region during 2023.

Participating in the most important industry events not only reinforced the supplier's position as a leading in innovation in the content, but also allowed the company to further increase its understanding of the market in Latin America, and lay the groundwork for how to face the new challenges ahead and how to take advantage of the opportunities that are emerging.

On this journey, the supplier reaffirmed its position as the favorite of operators and players around the continent and this was the purpose of the Latam Hub since it was conceived.

 

What trends do you see in the gaming industry and how is the company positioned in order to take advantage of them during 2024?

The truth is that there are several trends that are already emerging and that will mark the path of the Latin American entertainment market in 2024.  

One of the biggest transformations brewing in the industry, and one that will be decisive in 2024, is the incorporation of social elements to increase players' participation. This is an area where Pragmatic Play has come a long way in recent years with tournaments, promotions and prize giveaways.

In addition, most of its Live Casino titles have live chat functionality where users can interact with other players or the game presenter and receive live technical support. All these features increase player participation and engagement, as well as create a sense of community around the game.

 

What are your expectations for the gaming industry in 2024 (in terms of new products releases, new markets, new technologies, etc.)?

The industry is already showing significant progress, and I believe that during 2024 it will continue to advance into new markets, driven by regulatory developments and a growing interest in online gaming in Latin America.

Overall, it is shaping up to be a year of growth, exploration, and technological advancement for the entertainment sector. I believe it will be a dynamic cycle, marked by the continuity of some important trends, such as the integration of new technologies and the generation of diversified immersive experiences.

In this matter, Pragmatic Play's upcoming product launches will be focused on enhancing the user experience even further through innovative designs and attractive features. Also, there will be a strong emphasis on maintaining and improving the service, which are differentiating attributes of the brand.

 

What strategies and projects do the company have in mind for the coming year?

Next year, the brand will focus on continuing to provide the best content to its partners, strengthening relationships, and conquering new markets. Users in the region are familiar with Pragmatic Play and consider it synonymous with high-quality entertainment. That's why the efforts will always be aimed at meeting those expectations, offering diverse options that cater to all tastes.

As for strategies, I can't reveal too much. I can tell you that there are some interesting proposals in the works, which will capture the attention of the public and are dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences.
