What do you think were the most influential facts or developments during 2023 for the firm?

This was definitely our global development strategy for new content and gaming solutions. It included extensive and detailed analyses and testing of existing as well as new products. Based on these test results, we conducted a comprehensive optimisation process for our product portfolio in 2024, which we are delighted to present for the first time at the upcoming ICE.

What trends do you see in the gaming industry and how is the company positioned in order to take advantage of them during 2024?

The global trends show us that the need and demand for attractive gaming solutions that entertain the player in an engaging way are greater than ever. In the current economic situation, we see the desire and necessity to provide the player with first-class content for an entertaining break. We are sure that our products, especially our new additions, can fulfil exactly this desire and provide players with a particularly enjoyable time-out.

What are your expectations for the gaming industry in 2024 (in terms of new products releases, new markets, new technologies, etc.)?

I am certain that omni-gaming will be even more important in the gaming industry in 2024 and that a comprehensive 360-degree offering will be more in demand than ever. As we will see at ICE, we have prepared an outstanding portfolio that covers all aspects of land-based operations while also addressing the needs and requirements of the iGaming industry. We are always striving to incorporate our global experience into an attractive 360-degree offering.

What strategies and projects do the company have in mind for the coming year?

We aim for growth in delivering our diverse content and innovative solutions. We plan to further refine and perfect our strategies in the operational domain to consistently meet the dynamic demands of the industry with our accustomed quality. The investment in new technologies and groundbreaking solutions will persist, encompassing both ongoing initiatives and newly launched ones. Additionally, in 2024, we intend to place a special focus on our employees, empowering them to reach the next stage of their development.
