(Madrid).– The ADMIRAL brand, part of the NOVOMATIC AG, is reinforcing team training as a central pillar of its Responsible Gaming strategy in Spain. The initiative includes certified programs, an e-learning platform, and support protocols aimed at the early detection of risk behaviors.
In a highly regulated and constantly evolving sector such as gaming in Spain, training has become a key tool to ensure safe and responsible environments.
In this context, NOVOMATIC Gaming Spain S.A. reaffirms its commitment to Responsible Gaming through a comprehensive training program aimed at the teams of its ADMIRAL gaming halls brand.
The company has consolidated training as one of the fundamental pillars of its Responsible Gaming-focused campaign, recognizing that care for individuals must be placed at the center of the entertainment experience. The objective is to equip employees with effective tools for the early detection of risk behaviors and for properly assisting users who may require additional support or information.
Among the most notable initiatives are training programs certified by recognized organizations in the Responsible Gaming field, endorsing the quality and rigor of the content delivered. These certifications ensure that teams possess up-to-date knowledge aligned with industry best practices.
In addition, the company promotes Campus NOVOMATIC, an e-learning platform designed to enable employees to develop skills applicable to real-life situations. Through this digital environment, professionals strengthen competencies related to attentive, specialized, and responsible customer service, fostering a corporate culture based on prevention and awareness.
The strategy is complemented by support materials for both employees and users. Trained staff have access to internal action protocols, specific documentation, informational signage, and brochures designed to provide clear and respectful guidance, contributing to a conscious gaming environment.
These initiatives reinforce a corporate culture in which "Responsibility is part of the game," integrating training and information as essential elements in delivering safe and high-quality entertainment.
"In a sector as regulated and diverse as gaming in Spain, the training of our teams and the support we provide to customers are essential to generating a positive impact on society", said Jaime Estalella, Managing Director of Operations at NOVOMATIC Spain.
With this approach, the company reaffirms its commitment to the sector's sustainability and to promoting responsible practices that contribute to user well-being and to the development of a more conscious and responsible industry.
